Where the waters meet by Lyricanna Where the waters meet by Lyricanna
Took advantage of the year round free ferry on Monday and went over to Wolfe Island.  I love being on the water more than anything so I decided to grab some photos along the way.  I'll be using these as drawing references, but feel free to use them for photomanipulations or references yourself =)  As this is going up as stock, only colours have been adjusted; this is otherwise a raw image.

The ferry literally crosses at the point where Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River meet.  It's absolutely beautiful.

the St.lawrence / lake ontario wolfe island ferry crossing sure is a great time to get photos of the water, and on a nice warm day the cool breeze of the lake effect wind feels amazing :) i went there end of may but got stuck on the island for longer then i wanted to ^^;
was still neat, the Island bar and the shops along the main stretch of the little town of marysville :)

I'd have to agree =)

A friend said there was a good ice cream parlour too but it's only open on weekends, so I missed out :lol:

really?? there was a nice ice cream parlor i stopped by before missing the ferry that had 2 scoops for 3 dollars and it was open during the weekdays. it was to the right when you get off of the ferry road and go just past a hair salon, small general store, loads of flavours :)
